Variety is always good, and it would be hilarious to see the banks full of thunder bugs, tiny ogrims, baby Harvesters (that is such a wrong phrase, please forgive- you know what I mean-lol), and the like. Perhaps they could all have their volumes raised and their voices chipmunked for full effect?

No thanks, I'd rather gain them through some other means, via quests or achievement.

I'd not want any monster in the game to be able to help you in a fight, personally I've never had much taste of "pet classes" in MMOs.

Sounds interesting... Maybe down the line? Right now lets just fix the bugs and balance the classes... Maybe after that, offer alternative content to grind vet lvls (I hate the idea of grinding the other factions quests on "hardmode").....

If by ' domesticate' you mean enslave some khajit and argonians and make them carry me around - sure. But sounds like you just mean ride around on some dreugh or clannfear, which is prefer but.

Well maybe I could use this power: Domesticate wild GM. Power: Bans bots. Weakness: can only come to life once per day for 15 minutes (usually more like 10 but it's other weakness is also counting).

Or even the rare wild Dev. Power: Tries to fix things in your life starting with the most meaningless things. IE: You're choking to death and it notices that you have an ear hair. Will ensure the ear hair is out, put in a bag, then thrown away before taking care of your breathing issues''. May take care of your breathing issues after doing your nails and reminding you that you owe him 15$...but may also not take care of breathing issues yet. You're not that blue yet.

Just i ll enjoy a lot if i was able to get a snake or a spider as pet with any class you are playing. And if i meet something in the game that i want to have as a pet, i want to be able to do it. Of course it could work on Elite monster we meet everywhere BUT it s sure that they can t be as strong as you meet them in the world even if they should be stronger and have bonus compared to normal monsters. The way is to have a % to domesticate the elite reduced compared to a simple mob and let s do this

Of course when you have a pet, you have to use the skill to call the pet to help you, working the same as a summon skill

I miss having a NPC adventuring with my char , best feature of SWTOR to me was the companions , so nice to have.

If we cant have a humanoid NPC , then atleast a pet would be nice.

Not many things in game would be suitable as mounts so maybe some things could be as mounts. Guar and Senche-Raht tough Raht is not in game as far as I know and Senche-Tiger is way too small to be mount.

As pets yes there would be many things that would be nice as pets, think many of the wildlife and domestic. Lizards, Cats, Dogs and senche-tiger pet amongst others would be nice. But no for fighting pets, mages have their summoned pets etc. No need for vanity pets to be fighting alongside, it would mean that they could die and you would lose it.

One day I'm hoping to see my Khajiit ride Senche-Raht with Senche-tiger vanity pet running alongside.

1 - My point of view is that getting a horse as mount is not fun, not epic at all and really boring ...

2 - Monsters in this game are really nice so why in a supposed free world we couldn t be able to domesticate any monster you meet to help you ??? In fact we are supposed to be able to do this cause we are charismatic, strong and heroic

It would be nice for specific classes, NB for example. If everyone had a pet it would be overkill, just one pet per player and only for specific classes (sorc and NB).
And please no flying pets, these ugly purple bugs sorcerers carry around are annoying, especially when their wing waves around all over my screen when talking to an NPC.
