If these things are "exploits" why has ZOS never mentioned them as exploits even though both have been widely used since the game was in beta? If they thought animation canceling and cast blocking were exploits they would have said something. Both have been widely used and talked about since the first betas. They have always been part of the game. I'm pretty sure everyone knows hacking is an exploit it doesn't need to be mentioned as one it is adding extra files or programs to the game to break it. Nothing is broken with animation canceling or block casting it is the way they designed the game .. always has been and I have yet to see anything that even hints that they plan to change it.

As far as repeating just because you keep screaming exploit at the top of your lungs doesn't change anything it is still part of game design, patch after patch has gone by with no change, it isn't in the road ahead and there is not mention of ever trying to fix it. There are two different things a speed bug, something that happens sometimes often in PvP that just bugs your character and gives you super speed which is a known bug. My guess is this has to do with rapid maneuvers and I don't think there is a way to force this. This is not the "speed hack" it is a bug.
There is also a speed hack which was used by people mostly for gathering resources that had to do with changing files in the system.
Animation canceling as confirmed by ZOS not an exploit just part of game mechanics.

Speaking of dodging you just changed form exploit to unintended .. when exploit was your catch phrase this entire time. As stated directly from ZOS it isn't an exploit but was unintended. Something being unintended in no way means they plan to change it and it definitely doesn't make it an exploit .. especially when they said word for word it wasn't an exploit.
Of course it isn't intended. The idea of having to wait for an animation to complete is the mechanic in place to avoid using a global cooldown.

The speed hack was an actual hack which is an entirely different thing than the speed bug which happens sometimes and is a known bug. I assumed with your superior knowledge you knew the difference between the speed bug and speed hack.
