can't login to the game and no answer from customer support!!!!

    dude, keep it serious! i dont want ingame items... i want 2-3 days free abo extension, because its their fault i couldnt play

    Yes, same here havent even been able to get to the character select screen since patch day. have tried all day periodically every day to no avail.dozens and dozens of times,

    same here, haven't been able to get to character select since the patch either. two frigging days now!

    Players might receive this error message when they try to log into the game but do not have the most up to date version of the client. We recommend trying the following steps:

    Re-boot computer
    Completely close the client
    Completely close the launcher
    Reopen the launcher
    Allow the launcher to patch completely. If the launcher does not automatically apply the patch, run the repair option. (Game options - Repair) Players can find instructions on repairing the launcher here.
    Log into the game

    To best access The Elder Scrolls Online, players should configure their routers to open the following outbound ports:

    TCP / UDP Ports 24100 through 24131
    TCP / UDP Ports 24500 through 24507
    TCP / UDP Ports 49100 through 54000

    If you call your Internet provider they should be able to help with this.
    Please let me know how you get on so we can help you travel back to Tamriel!

    None of this worked. Been unable to play for almost 24 hours for a problem on their end. Getting real hard to to not unsubscribe/stop payment on anything Zenimax Online. :(

    ridiculous.. I wrote x times, that I tried to turn off the firewall and NO help, also that the NA us working, EU not. Server side problem!

    We had better get some Sub days added for free, from what i can see Alot of people cant even play period, for a game that is SUBSCRIPTION BASED, you think they would have the time money and man power to fix something as bad as not being able to log in AT ALL.

    ^ agreed - reinstalled and patched 20gb + multiple times and haven't been able to login since patch 1.1.2 went live.

    Thanks so much for continuing to update us, everyone. The Dev Team is continuing to look into this issue, and your reports are appreciated. We're going to monitor this thread and in-coming tickets about this issue to find a resolution.

    Thanks for letting us know @ZOS_TristanK. Of course I want to be playing (although I think my wife is pleased I'm taking a break), but I understand that problems do happen. Keeping us informed and reassuring us that there are people working on the problem is most appreciated!

    I am having this same issue. Last night after changing zones, mid load screen, I got an error that ESO had crashed. The error report message popped up to describe what i was doing at the time of the crash... Nothing, um loading...

    After that crash, I can no longer log in. After I enter my account credentials and press enter the logging in message will pop up, go for about 1 minute then, say login timeout, try again later... Then if I immediately try to log in again I get error 301 (3:1:1229:90098) Unable to connect to server.

    I have contacted CS and did everything they said, and tried everything so far in this thread, still no luck logging in... It is on their side.

Go to the view account and it says suspended....second time this has happened to me and first time they apologize and fix it and then it happens a second time good grief Charlie Brown?! Keep a list of names so you don't do it a second time. 4 hours and waiting for response last time it took 7 hours.

    Attempts to login from different networks and computers results in the exact same issue. Also, if you enter your password incorrectly, authentication fails with a normal "wrong password" response. That seems like proof positive that this is not a connectivity problem on the client side.

    you actually get Customer support to help you, amazing I on the other hand have been waiting over 30 hours on a ticket responce.

    And to think not being able to log in at all or logging in not getting to character screen is the same as an account suspened..............

    Same 301 error for me also.

    I can login to my account online and also play on the EU server with no problems other than the increased crashed rate since patch.

    36 hrs I have not been able to connect to NA server after crashing for the hundredth time.Tried all fixes, repair etc. I forget my first ticket- no reply anyway-

    Again its Accountside you cant do anything to fix it just make a ticket and wait for a solution from zenimax...

    Around 24 Hours bevore i make an Ticket ah Respond with things i allready tried in in came 3 hours later then nothing.
    You can just wait post your ticketnumber here and wait for fix from zenimax team its an account Proplem so they must fix it !
