@iDoseDMT Exactly... Anyone w/ one working eye can see that everyone was buffed, and Nightblade was nerfed.
Just seems absurd to me. I'm literally blown away.
I've been stubbornly having faith in the game since launch because every mmorpg can only be fairly judged on how they move forward imo. How they are moving forward with balancing issues, especially in regards to the Nightblade class and with this latest nerf to Nightblades, is really terrible.
Just can't wrap my head around what kind of logic is behind the priority for nerfing one of the Nightblades most powerful abilities before fixing and balancing our class.
I agree man... I've been telling myself since launch that they will SURELY fix Nightblade. They have to.
But...
I've almost lost all faith. This is really, really discouraging...
Luck.
Templars have the longest nerf list. If you think it's list of changes is anything but overall a massive nerf, think again. Nothing buffed really will have any serious impact, and things nerfed will severely reduce the point of playing a templar.

@Axer then make a thread about it bud... But your claim seems laughable to me, and doesn't belong in my NB thread.
So by my tally we have these totals:
DK = 4 Buffs, 3 Fixes, 2 Nerfs
NB = 1 Buff, 4 Fixes, 1 Nerf
SC = 2 Buffs, 2 Fixes, 0 Nerfs
TM = 3 Buffs, 7 Fixes, 1 Nerf

Lower the credit you deserve by being complete uncaring to other classes if you want.
The fact remains, you don't understand the templar class thus don't understand the changes.
I'm not here pretending to act like Nightblades dont need buffs, they do. All non-dk classes do.
Just replying to your poorly worded title.
If you wanted this to be a PURELY nightblade topic, you should of named your topic better. Its plain wrong as it is.
Fact is:
-Nightblades got one small nerf, bunch of minor fixes.
-DKs got a couple small nerfs, bunch of buffs.
-Sorcerers got mostly only bug fixes.
-Templars got no real buffs, heavy nerfs, and minor fixes no one cares about.
Threat title is wrong.
So by my tally we have these totals:
DK = 4 Buffs, 3 Fixes, 2 Nerfs
NB = 1 Buff, 4 Fixes, 1 Nerf
SC = 2 Buffs, 2 Fixes, 0 Nerfs
TM = 3 Buffs, 7 Fixes, 1 Nerf
So lets translate this into overall nerf - buff:
-DK gains +2 buffs
-NB gains +0
-SC gains +2 buffs
-TM gains +2 buffs
May i also mention that the buff the NB gained is for a skill that literally 1% of NB's use, and that 1% needs a head examination.

You could do it that way for sure. Just putting it out there. Translate the list however you like.

And Usain Bolt can run a 9.58 in the 100 meters. I guess I can rest my case and head off to the Olympics.

I mean... No matter how you translate it, 2+2=4, right?
Okay, just checking...

Indeed! Every video on youtube is 100% real, not fake, not set up, and is completely legitimate. If it's on the net, it must be true!

I am was a hardcore advocate of the NB ever since beta and is the highest level character I have. I too now have dropped the class. It is a joke compared to the other 3 classes.
This game only has 4 classes and only new players play NB and the majority of players drop this class out of frustration in Vet Ranks. This is a game breaking issue.
Now I imagine we will have to wait weeks for changes. By that time the NB will be all but dead in this game. The issue with NB goes far beyond simple damage and passive fixes. The entire class lacks serious synergy ... with pretty much anything. The powers seem like a bunch of random ideas thrown together. Very little time researching other class skills, their morphs and passives quickly reveals the vastly improved synergy of abilities over NB. Looking at DK powers makes the NB appear to be an afterthought and a class not even tested in beta.
I did.Did you read the tally of buffs and nerfs?
Apparently not.
