I'm now wondering if the flap is actually to hide the area if a male character puts on the Dark Passions outfit.
Like with how bodybuilders (and notably the Rock), tuck a towel into the front of their waistband when they're wearing tight compression leggings.

Well...since you went there, imho I don't think we could use the same reasoning why coverings like these exist for IRL people vs characters in a fantasy game. After seeing plenty of players remove all of their gear running around in only their knickers, the males in ESO are anatomically Ken dolls in the no-no nether regions so thankfully we don't have to worry about "Dirk Diggler" making an appearance in Tamriel -- especially when we already have a Volendrung to exaggerate that ideology.

Straight up, I don’t know how this could work, it’s easily exploitable and actual healers wouldn’t be able to join due to the limit on them. But I appreciate the effort. We as a community are not giving enough valid feedback on these tests. There are too many personal biases being thrown through threads until the place becomes an echo chamber of what’s popular, so a few things I want to get off my chest. And these are not aimed in any personal direction.
Performance has greatly improved at different levels throughout the tests. People complaining because their current build is basically none functional is no help to anyone.
“Just increase the servers” is another non point that helps nobody and floods these topics to a point any forumite let alone a dev couldn’t possibly bare reading through it.
Something is going to have to change in how Cyro functions on a networking level, ever since update 25 where everything was moved server side, there are simply too many process’ happening on the servers. And no, just reverting isn’t likely to happen sadly, so let’s get on board and see what we can come up with.
I’ll have some suggestions myself later, but I’m currently at work and can’t make the time to type it up on the phone.

OP, so what exactly need to be done with such people? Tell us, please. And what if such a thing was done by an accident? How to prove guilty? And why should a player apologize to you for an obvious bug in the game? Was he mocking you, or something? No, I don't think so, his answer sounds perfectly neutral to me. The whole basis of your take is questionable.
There is no need to prove if someone is guilty, we live in a world where its guilty until proven innocent. Only one side of the story is needed and that is the side of the victim. I don't agree with it, but it's what happens daily IRL and on these forums.

I feel like an ass if I quit the dungeon, especially knowing they had to wait for a tank. I'd love to make it work for them, but when we queue for a random vet we get normal or DLC. In case of DLC it's just a whole different game. Please make them separate..

Now that Litter Box Simulator event is over, can you implement Bosmer stealth detect to work in Antiquities at the very very very least? That passive is not useful And actually detrimental for pvp. and, as you yourselves pointed out during the change, there are no crouched mobs to detect in pve. This at least will be a consolation prize however minor.
I know someone is going to come in and say there are stealth mobs in pve — no. These mobs are revealed by proximity And damage like aoes, or they are using a special move that includes the “spell” invisibility and while they are “invisible” there are small yellow sparks coming from their position to indicate you should block. There are absolutely no mobs in the entire game that use crouch to stealth, which is what the Bosmer passive pertains to. And no, having inner light on your bar for the passive doesn’t count because you have to actually cast it to reveal stealth enemies and it doesn’t work in pve. You may believe it does, it doesn’t.

Never really liked racial passives. A meta race should never be a thing. I pick only khajiit and argonian because I actually like them and their looks, not stats.
