Stuck on loading screen after login HELP

cory.sitterub17_ESO
Starting yesterday around 7 i have not been able to get past the loading screen after login and password. No errors, have tried disconecting my anti virus, have tried unistaling game and reinstalling game. not sure what else to do. customer support wont get back to me and the email i did get from them said issue was solved (CRAP). i tryed to replay back and it just fails to send and comes back to me.

Anyone else having this problem??

If you aren't getting the results you need from CS, call them.

That happens to me something. I gotta wait around maybe 3 mins to get to my character selection screen. Just wait and see what happens. Try restarting your machine.

First login after a patch can take FIVE MINUTES or more to get to the character selection screen, always happens after every patch: this is on a previous-gen i7 using a current-gen SSD.

Open Task Manager and bring up the Processes tab and click the CPU column header till it's sorting in descending order. Now open the game and log in. You'll see the ESO process shoot up to use 100% of a single core and stay there while the memory the process is using slowly increases from around 500Mb to 750Mb or so, at which point it'll start going up by 30k or so at a time until it reaches around 1Gb then then within seconds the character screen will appear.

HAPPENS EVERY PATCH and has done so for over a year, it wasn't like this to begin with.
