Well, as stated in title, should be an easy fix.

    Expect it to be fixed come thief guild, second quarter 2016. That's how long zos let's broken stuff stay in game. Over load.... nirn......MIST FORM EXPLOIT (still unresolved since beta)...... this will just be declared a feature. Do not worry though,

    Hmm, well, I've created a lot of threads about bugs and actually Zenimax has fixed a big part of them. I do think that Zenimax is going to fix their 'broken' game now

    Thanks. I'm happy that it procs with the skill, but it should proc when it actually hits a target.

    This guy @ZOS_RyanRuzich has done amazing things fixing bugs so far this patch. Perhaps he can work wonders here as well.
