Being social/emotes

Thoughts:
- Add more emotes. We were asked by a dev on ESO Live once which new ones we would like to see, whatever happened with that?
- Add a transparent hot bar (can be toggled off) with five little emote symbols over any character you hover your pointer over or have selected. You can edit the bar to have the 5 you want to be able to do right away. Not sure if console has something like this but it would be nice on PC rather than having to stop and type out /emotes or use up a bunch of keybinds.

✭✭✭✭✭DB patch notes 2.40 state: Added a new tab called “Emotes” to the Help section that includes a list of all available emotes. Emotes modified by an active personality are colored blue.
Cool, but we can't click on those to do an emote. A small transparent bar that PC/Mac players can load 10-12 emotes on from that list, a bar that can be hot-keyed to be summoned/dismissed, would be great. Really great.
