Yes and no, tiaras only serve the purpose of being super pretty while circlets can have magical properties to enhance your capabilities and some even provide magical armor or defense.Some of my favorite screenshots

✭I'd love Circlets,taking the slot of helmets.With the ability to be improved.
Hell yeah, they could even make a new slot for face and they could go there but it would require them to implement jewelcrafting and i really doubt they will when they have not even bothered to revamp fishing into a more fun an rewarding thing to do.Some of my favorite screenshots

Eiagra✭✭✭✭✭I like the circlet idea too. They would probably have to do something about the current adornment system, though, meaning such a thing would probably either have to come with the barber shop (and removal of forehead adornments) or have something coded to remove said adornment whenever you put on a circlet.
Hmm. Random thought... Wonder if earrings and such might come with the Barber Shop addition...██████ █████████ ███████ In verity.3 -

✭✭✭✭✭Considering this is an "Elder Scrolls" game, they have a TON of stuff from past games to get inspiration from. Even complete copy/paste designs from past TES weapons and armor would work!2 -

✭✭✭Circlets could be added into Jewelry crafting, alongside maybe earrings and bracelets (Bracelets might have to replace gloves, similar to circlets replacing helmets but I could live with that)
Also, I would totally approve of Masks being added to Woodworking as another Armor item they could craft, because lets face it, 6 wood working items to 12 in black smithing and clothing is a poor ratioArgonian forever0 -
