And this comment is pointless. It doesn't matter if they're weak or not, the point is that a DoT suppression function of our cloaking is broken despite being claimed to have been fixed.

They already 'fixed' it at least once before. It probably cycled its way to the end of the bug fix line when that happened. I'm just assuming it's going to come out with a plethora of 'fixes' whenever Dark Brotherhood comes out.
Hopefully they adknowledge the issue can anyone record a video showing this happening hopefully it will help them expedite the process.
The skill is supposed to pause DoTs for the duration of the cloak, then resume the DoTs after cloaking ends.Waffennacht wrote: »Well I keep thinking about it, why shouldn't damage over time keep you out of cloak? Doesn't damage keep you out? So there for a Damage over Time effect would fall under that damage category?
If mines is considered a DoT then DoTs should keep an NB outta cloak, just logically speaking (but I wouldn't be against a change to this just for gameplay value)
Can confirm, Here is some proof of lotus fan breaking cloakhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0VfzLger47E&feature=youtu.be

It seems to me that the player lock onto you with the ability before you cloaked. Because of his distance away from you it seemed like he targeted you while you were in stealth. In reality, it seems very likely in that situation that he used lotus fan before you completely disappeared and that short amount of time you were in cloak was due to the distance. Meaning, that although the player used lotus fan before you cloaked, you were still able to get a second of cloak before it actually finished the animation to hit you. Additionally, lotus fan is an aoe, sI as long as they are able to activate right before you go into stealth, it will pull you out.
I'm not sure you're understanding the point here, at 16 seconds in, after being hit, and cloaking multiple times, being away from the target. the lotus fan breaks cloak every time it ticks, I'm not concerned about the initial hit, that is business as usual.
