Please could someone from ZOS tell us what is going on an when it might be fixed?

As title - we all know problems can happen in a launch but the silence from ZOS central merely increases player frustration. Some sort of update would be lovely even if it is just to tell us to go play something else for 24 hours 'cos the IT guys are stuck for now...

well pc patch should be finished, xbox is finished but some login problems and ps4 is still down for maintenance so which platform are you on?

Xbox is broken right now, infinite load screens and character loads. Been the case all day..

PC, have patch, was unable to log in, then could, then crashed and could not, then could and now cannot port between areas without timing out, when timeout then have intermittent log in and character load.

However since they are being gloriously silent for all issues on all platforms this was more of a general plea....

This does not sound good, but like a connectivity problem in the backend system. This could take a while if it is that.

Agreed it 'feels' like something pretty core and it also has the fell of something that is going to be a subset of the system not all of it so thus harder to nail down. Still wish they would at least acknowledge what problems they are aware of and that people are on the case.

We gathered, that it must be some really bad issue in the core system which effects all platforms - take your time, things like that are not easy to find - and thanks for telling us.

My guess would be they can't give an ETA until they have understood the issue that is causing this and the steps to fix it - much better to get an honest response than a made up time which would then not get met.
