Why does tava only have 93 recovery? -.-

Only fair imo that when you're getting attacked by tons of enemies, you at least get a bit faster ultimate gain. Imagine the number of those enemies in PvP - you'd be extremely lucky to stay alive. As we can see in your video, it still isn't what ultimate gain used to be, and DKs were then using *attack skills* to gain ultimate fast. You also used Shooting Star, which is available to everyone and isn't part of the Tava's Favor set.
Then, consider that when you get *even one* enemy in your draw essence (which you'll be using for trying to keep yourself alive) wearing the 50% healing debuff set when hit, and you'll be permanently 50% healing debuffed. Not gonna last very long. Dragon Blood is still incredibly weak for trying to heal against many enemies. It cannot even outheal one enemy necessarily.
Alchemist set is another strong one - the burst damage you can achieve by stacking that set with other spell / wpn damage sets is insane, yet you don't even go out of resources fast using those sets either - Sypher was still able to duel for a pretty long time against people when he was using Alchemist + Kena. Meteor is not reflectable anymore either... Plus in PvP you're going to be getting CCd even when trying to block -> ded.
So, yeah, I say, don't nerf this set when there are plenty of other sets out there that are very strong.

Would it be possible for anyone from NA to try this together with Glorious Defender Set and Bloodspawn in order to assess how fast ultimate will refill?
