Account authentification failed - Support page

I'm not able to logon the Support page anymore.
I've tried now a few times, and until now I've never changed my password.

I've changed it succesfull and even then I'm not able to authenticate.
What is the problem?

I'm able to play ESO, able to login to ESO Forum.

Same, even changed my password thinking i forgot (couldnt have forgotten) and after changing the password and retrying i still get the UserID and/or password was incorrect' message.

Ive been waiting for answer on a character issue for a whole week now and it prevents me from playing that character...for as long as i dont know what will happen to it.

Now I've restarted ESO, the login page takes my new password, and on this forum my old password keeps applicable...
This will create more problems.

I want all pages same password.

Well i do have a diff email for support and forums, but i always had diff emails for forums than i had for registrations so...
But that cant be it. It worked in the past, fine.

We have just received word about this being a general issue with support login at this time.

I am still unable to log in. Also just to be sure I am using the proper credentials I have used the forgot user id and password reset and still am unable to log in. I need to log a ticket for account support.

I am running into the same issue I would like to change my userid name and cannot get to the proper support page. is there a number we can call for support?

As of now that issue should be resolved. You should be able to log in without any issues. (I have checked myself and am also able to log in). Thanks for your patience everyone.
