If you've played ESO more than a couple of hours, you are very likely to have untied a stranger who was used as bait for bandits, or run across a guard fighting off bandits while a merchant shouts advice/complaints, or heard a fog horn before a flash of blue light dropped some daedra on your head.
It would be nice if these gave us some little buff, maybe for 30 or 60 minutes. Nothing too strong or silly, but a reason to do the encounters rather than ride around them after seeing them for the 200th time.
