IC Centre Event Bug

Any update on when the centre event within IC will be fixed?
Molag-Bal event portals bug and do not spawn anything. This has been bugged on EU Axe of Belhaza since Orsinium release now and support tickets have only been answered with "Please reload you UI to fix the issue".
Additionally there is a weird geometry bug within the centre of the sewers now where when going through the lower tunnels into the main room you will start to swim and fly up into the ceiling of the tunnel, often becoming stuck and having to /stuck to get free (losing TV stones).

✭✭✭✭✭Any update on this yet? I hate bumping threads endlessly but we have heard nothing confirming ZOS staff are even aware of this issue and it's kind of one of the main parts of the IC sewers which isn't working.
