Stuck on loading screen in Eastmarch (Skuldafn)

This is really pissing me off I'm doing the main quest line in Eastmarch I've travelled right to the top of some snowy mountain / ruin and entered some massive portal light that's coming out of a hole I'm now stuck in a load screen with the title Skuldafn and it's just sitting there with the load symbol rotating.

After about 5 minutes I alt-f4 quit the game and re-logged upon reloading the character was at exactly the same spot and proceeded to enter the portal without interaction from myself and it's now stuck in a load screen once again!!!!!!!!!!

I had this happen to me at the same ruin in Eastmarch. Just be patient. It will eventually load. I used the time to enjoy a beer.
