Can we get ANY official comment about the load screens?

This happens to EVERYONE in the game, its not a local issue its is YOUR severs and you have been completely silent about it!

For every hour that have passed since the patch the load screens become longer and longer and longer. You must have a massive memory leak in the server that assign instances for characters.

Monday it was about 1 to 2 min to enter a delve. Now you are lucky if you get in within 10 min when the game stops.

I was playing fine yesterday until randomly I hit a 5 min load screen to get into Banished Cells. The entire group got stuck loading for 5+ solid minutes.
