Hi thhere, I'm a French player who needs a Loremaster to ansswer my quesstionss :)

In game we could ssteal some funny items, and often these are "games" like those :
  • Draugr Dice
  • "Sheep, sheep, goat"
  • "Netch, Kwama, Netch."
  • Snips and Tails Game
  • "Traitor's Tor" Game
  • Incomprehensible Argonian Game
  • "Deceiver's Dice" Game
  • Ravenwatch Tarot Deck
  • Silver Nine-Shells Set
  • many others...

Could a ZoS Loremaster contact me, or tells uss here, what are the rules and detailss materials of these ssmall games ? We could create ssome new events in guilds and zones to entertain players in game.

Thankss for helping an hopeful argonian.
Kelendrill Ombre-Hist

And maybe, would we find in an online store goodies of these ? I would like to buy a Ravenwatch Tarot Deck, or a Daedric Tarot deck :)

Just to note, one of the best sources of Lore for the game is The Imperial Library

Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

True, but this is the only mention we ever saw of these games, so their rules can't be found on TIL. They probably don't even exist. But it sure would be nice if they did! ESO needs more social pastimes supported by the devs, not only created by roleplayers. I loved dice or card games in RPGs that had them (except the Caravan, I never got the hang of that).

I know the games are not there, the OP will need to make up their own rules for the games. Or, we can come to a consensus on them ourselves.

I have tried Caravan, but never got anywhere with it.

I am all for optional games in a game. As long as they are not required to do a quest (or the quests around the games are optional)

I don't know about the others, but I'm pretty sure that "Deceiver's Dice" is just another name for Liar's Dice:
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liar's_dice
And the Tarot Deck is unlikely to be related to any game. It's most likely used for fortune telling.

Yess, good for "deveiver's Dice"/Liar's Dice. It's ssure that many of that games are insspired from irl games. It will be nice for uss to know which, and their Tamriel variant.

For tarot, I play French tarot, and It's an interessting cards game for 4-5 players :D

IRL online store, they could make cards with daedra princes' faces instead of kings/queens/knights/jacks. I'm sur lots of people would buy those. *whistle*

Honestly, if more of Lawrence Shick's style and flare was applied to ESO it would become even more of a sensation . . . in a good way I think.

Please have a contest where the prize could be a paper and pencil RPG weekend with Lawrence Shick and friends with cases of beer and bottles of cognac!

There is definitely a big wish for mini-games in ESO, and the want is growing.

    Just a thought:
Maybe make it so that you can play the mini-games if you find/steal the required items. So you can play dice if you find/steal dice, etc. This would make stealing a bit more worthwhile.

I particularly like the "Incomprehensible Argonian Game" (a blue item).

Would be nice if these lootable items served more of a purpose in the game. I've started a list of all items specific to the Justice system here, already have 570 unique ones.

The OP has a good point.

An old (and utterly fantastic) game called Asherons call implemented mini-games into it. Like chess and (if my memory serves) frogger.

The chess system was simple, but included a standing and a semi tournement.

    Fluff, but fun fluff.

    Funny, but please focus,

this topic is about stolen items in TESO; some are games, and we would like a Loremaster to help us learning more about those. Thankss :)

He's probably too busy playing these games and cheating other devs for their lunch money teaching his well respected dev friends how to play to come on here B) .
