Burning Talons Issue After 4/13/15 Patch Ticket: 150413-001466

Something is wrong with burning talons. It seems to be dealing damage but you cannot see the talons after the patch today. If an npc throws talons on me I can see them but not if I use it on an enemy. Submitted bug ticket in game.
