Cancelation mail ??

Just got a mail saying that i have canceled my account and they want me to take the survey on why i canceled.

But....i never canceled my account...cant even get in to the account site now as its down for maint...What the hell is going on here.... ??

I have had exactly the same thing! Does anyone know what is going on?

This is odd, not least because it certainly used to be the case the Survey was sent out 3 or 4 days after your subscription lapsed, and certainly long after you'd cease to have access to the forums.

However, given today's the day their back-end will be churning through accounts calculating Crown accrual, tiger qualification, etc. one wonders if something went a little .. wrong.

could be a error when they do maint on the account server..true...i am a little worried though..as we are to get rewards for beeing loyal to eso since start i dont want this to mess *** up if you know what i mean...

I got my cancellation surveys almost immediately (and never lost access to the forum :P).

those mails seems to be phishing mails.

have a look at the "from"-value.

it was not sent by the domain of zenimax or elderscrollsonline.com.
in my case it was "rnmk.com".

so do not click a link.

That would have been my next comment had they been legit.

Reputable companies should not send out emails with links - at least not without prior verbal veracity.
