I realized about 5 hours before the patch, so about 3am my time, that all my ingredients were going to turn "stale," so worthless (thanks, ZOS) and so I got up and made a ton of Consummate Sweetrolls....I really hope this isn't a real and widespread bug, but kind of expect it to be.

Lag in Cyrodiil is horrendous . Can't see enemy faction health bars or what faction they are sometimes .

Upon launch, my resolution is set to the bare minimum settings. Attempts to make it fit for my computer are...complicated. I have to make it go to Windowed, then back to Fullscreen, and THEN I can change the resolution - but it won't stay set. If I log out and relaunch, it does the same thing.

Upon successful entry into a character, I have to tab out and back in so that I can see my character.

My chatbox, which I put into place the last time I logged in, has been reset this time.

And yes, I have run a repair and rebooted my computer.

Don't panic guys, this is the last patch we'll get during paid Beta.

When the game releases on March 17th, it'll be all smooth & shiny

Then, in June, when it releases for the target market, we can expect some new content. Maybe.

Same thing happened to me every time I went to Craglorn.

Constant 15 minute rollbacks, seems to be in all zones. Game is unplayable.

I haven't experienced any disconnects/crashes or rollbacks. Been in game since shortly after the server came back up. Haven't gone to Craglorn though which is where a lot of people seem to be having problems.

I've only notice two bugs so far. Random messages saying my items have been repaired, and once I couldn't access my collections UI cause it said I was swimming, but I was standing in town.

I was doing some calculations and found that concentration wasn't working. Spells and melee abilities have a flat rate of 18% reduced damage when compared to the tooltip. For instance...

Health Funnel
- Tooltip = 4659
- Actual value = 3820

That's an 18% reduction
This is the value BEFORE I put any points in Concentration (Spell Penetration 4736).
After I put points the value is unchanged.

When I cast Piercing Mark to reduce Spell Penetration by 5120 the new value does change and is 4297.

For good measure, I tested Stamina abilities and they also have an 18% flat rate on reduction damage values.


Another issue is the values of Crit which are showing ridiculous numbers currently. 600-900% crit chance.

That should be the now obsolete SoftCapInfo addon.

The game is crashing about every 20 minutes or so...

*Edit: make that every 30 seconds now. Game is completely unplayable.

Its happened to me in coldharbour and in Reaper's March on two different characters. At one point i spent 20mins just leveling provision to 38 from 36 then getting kicked off Logging back in and doing it again just before getting booted.

I have noticed two things since the update has gone live...

1. The chat window is not in its right spot
2. when you go to the quest journal with the map you click on it , it shows where the spot is but does not mark it in the list.
3. settings got cranked to high when i know for a fact that my pc cant run on those settings and had to manually set them back to medium settings.
4. Don't know if its just me but when you whistle for a horses there is a bit of a delay and seems like it gets a boost.
I reported 1&2 as soon as i noticed them. If i see any more ill post them here.

I am a level 50 provisioner with recipes unlocked through v5.

Today's writ had me craft level 1 food and drink, sent me back to Glenumbra for turn in, and rewarded me with a level 1 provisioner sack. All other crafting writs are at the appropriate level, provisioner is not.

(And, yes, I did spend my points in provisioning before picking up and completing the writ).

Did you respec points into provisioning? If you didn't, it thinks you only know level 1 stuff regardless of what you "learned" already.

I've already reported this in the help forum, but upon downloading and applying the patch, I received a manifest error and had to redownload the entire patch. I ran the repair, and then I had to download a major chunk of the game all over again and at an incredibly slow rate (200kb/s). I'm still downloading....

Haven't even made it into the game yet to see what other problems await.

The game thinks I am swimming while standing in the middle of Rawlkha. When trying to open UI windows like Collections, it says I am swimming in the top right corner, and doesn't let me open any windows.

I have no sound whatsoever. No matter what I try the sound won't work. I have all addon's disabled, I reset the audio stuff, tested my speakers and they work and yet, still no sound in game. Was this a pts bug?

I cannot delete mail on any character. They just are accumulating in my mailbox (all attachments taken).

This is horribad.

Been waiting 15 minutes for character load in, still not in game. Took almost as long to simply log in.

relogged: Waited for character load in, then got error <<1>> before getting kicked back out to log on.

Got loaded in on the third attempt. Not sure if this is a common issue.

Hopefully just a UI bug, seems to be because I'm not crit-ing every attack.

Have you turned your addons off? I know from beta a few might cause the crit values to be displayed incorrectly.

Drink Potion - Item Not Ready Yet

When trying to drink a potion during a fight, a message shows "Item not ready yet", but the potion is indeed ready. After I stop attacking and spamming the potion button, it takes after 3 to 6 button presses. Then goes into cooldown and a subsequent press will display "Item not ready yet" message again. It seems like it's confused about whether or not the potion is on cooldown.

However, I can tell you that it only seems to happen on potions that have a buff conflict. Such as, if you have Inner Light activated using the Major Prophecy buff and you drink a Spell Power potion which also grants the Major Sorcery buff, the "Item not ready yet" message comes up. But if you drink a potion that doesn't have a buff conflict, there is no issue.

I hope this helps you sort out the issue.

I just want you to know, this issue is only happening in a few zones to some players.

For a majority, we can play completely fine. It's only 'horribad' for you and a few others. Be grateful a DEVELOPER of the game decided to respond to you specifically at all.
