Hoorah for PUGs

They often get a bad rap, and sometimes pick up groups deserve the notoriety.

Still, one nice one last week, three pretty good ones yesterday, and then another great one today*. All in Craglorn for some reason. Yes, they sometimes can be terrible, especially the ones that are really frustrating ("I died one time on a hard boss-fight... *RAGEQUIT*"),but they are so much fun when they aren't.

So, the "decent" PUG is still a thing in ESO. I'm sure my experience isn't unique. Feel free to share yours.


(*The one today was made up of folks who hadn't either been to -- or gotten near the last few bosses in -- Shada's Tear before and took the time to learn and practice the mechanics of the final boss for the win.)

Did a PUG for Vaults of Madness yesterday, and it was quite a pleasant romp. Everyone helpful and patient, trading pots and doing rezs when the inevitable deaths occurred.
It was a great dungeon run, and tho there was not much chat when it was over, I wish those players the best and hope to meet them again.

I want to bring this thread back because A.) it's still relevant and B.) I had a negative pug experience today. I still think most pug groups are decent and meeting and working with strangers can be fun and rewarding, but help take the bad taste out of my mouth by telling me some your best "great pug" stories.
