They often get a bad rap, and sometimes pick up groups deserve the notoriety.
Still, one nice one last week, three pretty good ones yesterday, and then another great one today*. All in Craglorn for some reason. Yes, they sometimes can be terrible, especially the ones that are really frustrating ("I died one time on a hard boss-fight... *RAGEQUIT*"),but they are so much fun when they aren't.
So, the "decent" PUG is still a thing in ESO. I'm sure my experience isn't unique. Feel free to share yours.
(*The one today was made up of folks who hadn't either been to -- or gotten near the last few bosses in -- Shada's Tear before and took the time to learn and practice the mechanics of the final boss for the win.)
