I haven't done many quests in AD yet. Coldharbor is a generally nasty place, but I guess the intro quest to the zone counts as peaceful.

I'll let you in on a little secret that probably not very many players have even considered using for getting skill points for low level alts.

If you have a low level alt (level 3 or so) and you just want some skill points, don't even bother with quests or leveling. Just get an addon called Skyshards. Remove all of your armor and weapons, and go through each zone collecting skyshards. In AD, there are at least 80+ skyshards. Just rush through delves and public dungeons and head straight for the shard. When you die, it doesn't matter because up until a certain player level (6 or 8 I believe) you get resurrected on the spot for free. And you aren't wearing any armor, so there are no repair costs.

Now, if your alt is beyond the point where you get resurrected for free, simply have your main give that alt a stack of soul gems, and use the same method.

If you collect all of the skyshards in AD alone, that will get you around 30 or so skillpoints for that alt.

    i know that trick
i already gathered all skyshrads for all Dominion locations except 5
when i become 6 lvl i need a soulstones to revive
now i need a little more experience to reach 10 lvl and gather some skyshards in the Cyrodiil
ny final result must be 47 skillpoints
its enough to level FULL HIRELING character, you know
    9/9
    3/3

    and

There is a mine right outside of Vulkhel Guard that has a skyshard in it and in the back is a journal by a skeleton which gives a quest to go tell his mother what happened to him. As someone mentioned, if you are low level you can die and come back. Also there is a quest in Vulkhel Guard to go round up missing crew for a captain. One is captive in a Sea Elf camp but can be gotten out without fighting if you are careful (or run in behind someone else who does fight). I don't remember the name of the mine but the captain is on the opposite end of the dock from where the boat to Khenarthi's Roost is.

Be aware that in "Assisting the Assistant" there is a lvl 10 or 11 burglar in 1 location that you have to fight.

Also in "Spirited Away" - 1 location is on the outskirts of a World Boss location and there are lots of undead there in groups, I think they are lvl 7 but it is nigh on impossible to get to the prayer site without having to fight some of them and they are mostly in groups of 3; 1 of the prayer sites has a lvl 11 troll right in front of it which you will have to fight unless someone else just cleared it for you; at the Castle Rillis site DO NOT accept the quest as you are entering the site, otherwise all the neutral undead will turn hostile and they are lvl 11 or 12 and in groups of 2s and 3s, which will be tricky if you are lower level and trying to avoid combat. They will stay non-hostile if you don't pick up the quest in that area.

EDIT (If you are on the NA server and want help getting through stuff to do the Spirited Away quest or any other, just ask, I'd be happy to help).

EDIT AGAIN: Actually a lot of the quests you list you are going to have to fight things at some point, I recall in the "Oath of Excision" quest although there is no quest requirement for you to kill anything, the mobs are pretty thick on the ground and hard to sneak around. Similarly the "Flower of Youth" quest (I love that quest, so touching!) you cannot really get to the seeds without combat. "Unaccounted Crew" you have to rescue someone from an enemy invasion camp thick with foes.

EDIT AGAIN AGAIN! One AD quest which is truly without combat is the one at the Labyrinth in Greenshade.

I have to add that quest or not, everywhere you go there are critters and bad guys trying to attack you. The landscape is peppered with bad guys. There will be a certain amount of battle involved. But, who knows. Maybe someone here has a trick or two for you to attain your goal.

You know I was just trying to be helpful in case you hadn't done them and took a while to make that post trying to think up anything that might cause a problem to a low level alt, there is no need to *** at me (although I am not sure what you were trying to say with *** but if it was pleasant you could have just said the word) and I even offered you help. You had no need to be rude and ought to be ashamed of yourself.

Fair enough, I can see how a missed letter in that word could go horribly wrong! It did look as though you were swearing at me, so please accept my apology for reacting to your post thinking that you were swearing, I accept it was typo+ the forum autocensor.

The offer still stands, if you ever want an escort to get a low level alt to a skyshard or through a quest, just contact me in game :)

There is another way to do this and not have to worry about avoiding fighting. Respec the Mules into Combat Capable characters, get the levels you need or want, then respec them back into crafting mules. I assume you want to put points into Hirelings and Materials. Also, most characters can be quite viable with only two combat skills and a few passives (and the passives are optional really). This is against trash mobs and the like. Dolmens, Bosses and such will need some more skills to take down.

As a side note, I get almost as much of the high level tempers on my L2 Hirelings as I do on my L3 Hirelings. Sure I get the occasional double shot of Upgrade Mats on the L3, but not as often as you would think. It also requires you to log in twice a day to get both the emails.

Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

There is a quest called "Buyer Beware" in the ayleid ruin area at Belarata in southern Malabal Tor. The quest giver is a khajiit merchant. It requires no fighting at all, takes about 5-10 minutes, and not only gives decent xp but gives a skillpoint as well.

The training quests for crafting also give experience unless I'm very wrong.
Not the crafting wits but the initial qualification quests you get from npc.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.
