Are you a member of a Guild? You might be able to talk a Guild Mate into Escorting you. Especially if you offer up some craft upgrade mats as a trade.

i cannot pickup only 9 skyshards, as you can see, from all 6 locations
usually i asking in /zone or in guild about help, yes

but more usually im lvl 10 when i done with skyshards, and if i need more i just go to Cyrodiil

i just noticed
i use Night's Silence set for leveling mules
so when im crouching with this bonus to movement speed
and when i wear off all items the movement bonus still remains, if i not off the sneak

Be aware that in "Assisting the Assistant" there is a lvl 10 or 11 burglar in 1 location that you have to fight.

you was right! but first time when i didi this quest yesterday there is no any enemies
when i doing this by another mule - enemy appear

i can fool that troll by a very accurate sneak

btw i just realise that exp for quest rewards different for different levels, its not static, but scaled to your level

found more!! all this quests do not require to fight, except 3 main line quests and first red quest with Ayrenn. But you can finish them easely, without any skills, just with decent gear at 5, 10 and 15 lvl
