Pretty much what the title says. After patch 1.2.3, about 60% of the time I try to move anywhere, my character is getting caught in an untriggered autroun that does not stop for anywhere from two to ten seconds, lasting in some cases for over a minute. Usually in conjunction with this, I cannot strafe right or left, and if I tried to pan the camera at the start of the run, it will remained locked in the panned position until the autorun cancels, meaning I can't even see directly in front of the character. It's definitely not lag; the chat, other players and NPCs continue to chug along at normal framerate.
This has happened across every character of mine in their respective Alliance provinces and Cyrodiil alike. Since the patch I have not been able to quest or PVP because of this—on one character I couldn't even make it to the bank because I couldn't so much as steer him to the door. A bug ticket was submitted the same day the patch went live, but without any word on the issue, I guess I'm getting anxious. If anyone else has experienced all of these symptoms, please speak up, as the occasional inescapable autorun is the only one I've seen reported before. This is far from “occasional” and much more complicated.
I've tried relogging, rebooting the game, restarting my computer, repairing the game, even rebooting my internet to check if it was a weird connection issue. Absolutely nothing has made any kind of dent in the consistency of this bug. Any help or suggestions would be great.
