Purchased Digital CE and not able to login

I was gifted the regular edition game, which I had a code for and is on my account, however today I tried to login, its to early, but the gaame said I get get 5 day early access from pre-ordering through Zenimax so I canceled my Amazon order, and ordered the digital CE, purchase went through, I have the order number, etc. but still cannot login.

Thinking maybe this was an issue because I had the other edition on there I proceeded to create a brand new account, activate it, and then purchase a copy of the digital CE on the new account. I get to the end "Congratulations Adventurer! Your purchase of The Elder Scrolls Online Digital Imperial Edition is complete.

So I'm thinking ALL RIGHT I can play now! ...nope. Whenever I try and login I receive a "Your login information was incorrect. Please try again" message. That's strange did I put in my password wrong? Try to log out and in on the website, nope it was correct, try again...still nothing. So now I've purchased the CE edition twice, on 2 separate account and I cannot log in to either of them! I thought, well maybe I just need to give it time, first day maybe the servers are a little slower than normal...By this point I'm counting time in hours of waiting, so I would have hoped the order could have been processed by now. So I'm asking, is there something I'm doing wrong? Why do I not have the game attached to my new account, where are my serial keys, why can I not log into the game when your system said I should be able to now??

    Go to your game file, go under properties, check 'run as administrator'

    This fixed my error 103.
    Is this thing on?

    yeah I read forums and tried that before posting this message, it did not resolve the error.

    If I had to guess I'd assume there's an issue/slowdown with their purchasing/fulfillment server/system. May just be that its choked up or it may be that its not working properly. I'm not sure, but if there is an issue I would have hoped they'd remove that announcement encouraging people to buy the game today for access today if they cannot make good on their promise/claim

    Same issue. Preordered game. My account says I have Early Access. Tried logging on, and getting the 103 error. I tried running game with admin rights, still nothing.

    I'm having the same issue. Purchased the game about 1.5 hours ago and still unable to log in.

    my friend bought the CE off of the zenimax store and received a confirmation email and his checking account was charged but his billing history says he didn't buy anything and his account didn't update to say early access like mine when i bought the standard from zenimax. The error my friend gets when he tries to log in is that his password or username is incorrect but the info works fine to log into the website.

    @thehut same here. I purchased it, got confirmation email, banking account was charged, however I only show "beta access" on my account - no "early access". My friend is having the same issue as well.

    I feel really badly for everyone who just bought this game, and this being their first experience with it.

    I'm a veteran of MMO launches, all the way back to The Realm and Ultima Online, I can tough it out but I would REALLY like to play today on my day off, and the day is just ticking by, and I have friends waiting for me who are also not really playing much now so they don't get to far ahead.

    Has anyone having this issue heard from a ESO employee on what might be happening? Just some info or timeframe would be much appreciated and greatly lower the frustration level.

    I spoke with a rep myself not long ago about a similar issue, what ended up happening is the code from Amazon was redeemed to my account, preventing the 5-day access to be attached to my account. After speaking with the rep, they created an escalated ticket to get the old code taken care of and the 5 day access added in.

    Thank you for responding, when you get some more information please let us know, I'd love to play today, especially since I've now purchased 1 regular and 2 digital CE editions of this game and unfortunately work and life keep me from playing much during the week. (Downside of being an adult gamer)

    @ZOS_JessicaFolsom‌ I've contacted support a while ago, but still no response. You have people purchasing the game, the bank accounts being charged, but the account status is not being updated with early access. A confirmation email is received, but there is no game code if that is what we need to redeem, only an order confirmation number.

    @ZOS_JessicaFolsom‌ I submitted a ticket for Phone call with information close to two hours ago now but have not yet received a response. I know it was listed as over an hour so I've been trying to patiently wait and watch this thread.

    Friend got a phone call from support and they said they think that since so many people are ordering the imperial edition its causing the system to lag and not update the accounts. They said that all they can do atm is have people wait and see if it applies eventually. They cant flag the account to have access because when and if it does go through you will have two "accounts" for the game so to speak. The guy also didnt know at this time if there was gonna be any compensation to people losing part or all of their early access.

    @thehut, oh, that's bad. I entered my 5 days early access code month ago. Are you telling me that it proceeding for one month and still nothing changed?

    idk about the codes people get because when you order from ESO store its supposed to give it you you automatically no code required and thats the issue

    Yeah, and based on what @thehut‌ said, I still purchased another Digital CE on a brand new clean account so would not think the "3-day early access" would clogging up new purchases, if so why would they not pause the ability to purchase for a little bit and let their, apparently, over taxed systems catch up?

    I got a call and email from ESO Customer Support. They're saying that this could also be a delay due to weekend purchases as well as the above information left on a previous post.

    If nothing happens by tomorrow I will be contacting them again for my code.

    Seems like now its a waiting game.

    This isn't good enough. People purchased something, they need to get what they purchased or be compensated for what's missing.
