have your Team run with the big guilds of the servers as a wing-man or a camera crew and watch from a safe distances and view any lag first hand, im pretty sure the guilds would be more then happy to bring them along.
And why would they suffer server lag when they are playing over the LAN ?

Also i missed the point about Camp removal it has actually worsened the lag. It's been worse since update 5.

We don't have reason to believe that addons are causing the lag, no. Just the most common client crash.
