Cant pay the game. took dubble payment and still cant play. what is this

Draw Dubbel amount from my card. Rejected me from the Account page.
What is this *** ?

now i cant even login to my account?
says i´m been rejected.

i send mail and i wanted to be called up by phone. said the phone que was less than 1 min. :P What a BS . been waiting for nearly an hour now.

How can i get back in ?

    Well this is totally BS system they have. I cant even choose to pay with my wife´s card if that is my choice, now apparently i can´t pay because Expired - Payment Failure.

    Dunno what that means but i assume they banned my card.
    Never ever had problem to pay anything online except this game.

    He can't pay possible due overdraft or ran outta funds. Read that he was charged twice, so he did pay. Plus his English is not good, he needs help. You are a big idiot and lack the skills to comprehend.

    there should say all if its failed also so i see a record that you atleast know ithis
    the one who made your billing system is a big *** *** .. .

    Log a support call. Sometimes payments going through twice, then failing.

    Make sure you have double the amount on your card. If its in dollars you pay then make sure you have 30$ in your account and it should work. I ended up over £60 down so I know your pain. I still haven't got a satisfactory explanation from Zenimax other than shifting the blame to my bank. I will be phoning them today and putting a complaint in against Zenimax, not only did they charge be even though payment failed 3 times (How can it fail if the money is taken) but on the one that finally went through, they charged me twice! Just to add insult to injury.

    i talked to the costumer support. they have huge problems with Visa/ mastercard. they recomend you use paypal.

    Well guess .. i did .. still dont work

    now more money is locked.

    Ah, but you see, on a debit card THE DAMN FUNDS ARE STILL HELD until the bank figures out one was a authorization & one wasn't!

    Which can take up to three weeks.

    If I bought a television with my debit card, for say; $1000; (hell, anywhere between $1 & $1000 ) & the company... ANY fraking company...said

    "Oh, we're gonna have to have you have $2000+ on that card to cover this $1000 transaction...

    Seems like they have huge problem with the banking stuff from EU to US.

    Yes . If it wont work and Zenimax side is bugged you shall throw out even more money out if the window instead of getting an gametime card.

    well i'm not paying em with the card thats for sure.
    and its Zenisux atm. the faster i get my money back the faster i can pay a gametime card and play.

    one thing i'm amazed by is that they drag full amount to authorise the card. so it looks like you charge 2 times. good move to get lots of complaints.

    Yes. And that is how I preffer paying for MMOs because Im not a regular non-stop player. I buy one month card, then rest one or two months.

    In ESOs case however turns out that Game Cards are only sold officialy at UK retailers. So my only option is to get one from Amazon (maybe 1, or maybe 2 weeks to Bulgaria, Eastern Europe, and in the EU)... That is SLOW even for the ZOE Support service.

    Other option is to buy digital code only from TOTALY UNTRUSTWORTHY retailer. If something screws up (cos I have the impression that ZMAX havent released cards for 30 days, ony 60+) theres nothin I can do basicaly.

    So Card option is only for UK lucky guys.

    Isn't that fraud ? i buy a game that i need to pay online but i cant.
    not any function works. there is apparently not even a time gamecard in Sweden..... haha .. this is getting more and more ridicules every day.

    We need to keep bumping these double/triple/ x10 billing issues. It's getting a little ridiculous that a lot of folks are having a lot of money tied up in our accounts for one charge due to their billing system.

    Don't say it like that. I tried to bump threads, then a forum GM deleted my posts and put the threads on the back line. Then he PMed me, pasting me a ready responce that stated its against the Conduit-crap-somethn to bump threads, as it is not constructive, therefore it is spam.

    Its not that the GM is a ***. It's that when placing GMs and Support between hammer and anvil, they just execute protocol.


    Just... you know... "say something constructive" now and then.

    Problem is people that have limited time because of failed re-sub, have limited time on forums also. This way the whole matter sinks down.

    Just revisit the threads tho and seee that there are NEW people comenting the issue all over again. Cos problem is not solved.

    They have our money so they just don't care CS is more like BS it seems. They could still make it right but I doubt that is going to happen.
