Can't login to my account

When i open the game and put my password it says "your login inofrmation was incorrect" but I cant log my account on website just fine? seriously what is the problem?

    Same issue here as well, I can log into the website and my account but NOT the game with the correct details.....

    Exact same error, "Your login information was incorrect"
    And when I click customer support by phone or email I get a blank page...

    The only thing that changed was I installed Mumble for guild chat. I'm not sure if or why that would affect it.

    I don't believe that would be the cause. Seems a lot of people are having the same issue, including me and I didn't install anything.

    Well honestly its normal to have some problems/bugs for the games which is just published but why its always when i got time to play ^^'

    I currently don't have enough money to pay for a subscription, I thought I could save up enough over the 30 days we get for pre ordering, but apparently we still have to set up a sub anyway... I've tolerated the money hording so far but this is ridiculous.

    So, where is this "subscription" button you're talking about?

    There is no button like that on my account page.

    So those of us that ordered $100+ Physical copies in the mail are hosed until we receive the box? That seems a bit crappy to me Mr. Jason.

    If i am right on the imperial box i order i got 80 days free or so... I dont get it, u know i payed for it with my credit card and I still dont resive the box that i order (3/30/2014). Anyway why should i enter a code to have my 80 days free since you know i payed for it? this is ***. If the box dont arrive some how i am gonno be mad

    I acessed my code and the payments options i get after i select the subscritption are only with Credit Card, i dont have one, all i have is the imeprial edition key and the explorer pack key, and what about the others payment options? like

    I have the online Imperial edition... WHERE IS MY CODE!?

    And just so you know i payed almost 70€ for my game, so unless you give me my 30 day access... i want my money back!

    There's also the issue that some people are having, like myself. I bought the digital imperial edition through the official site but the game code was NOT automatically added to my account. So I have had the money taken out and technically bought the game but I can't sign-in and I can't set up a subscription. I haven't been able to login in 3 days but I haven't gotten anything useful from customer service so far.

    So, it says login information incorrect, which means you need to redeem the game code?....How about fix the prompt to say that instead, so it doesn't confuse people, waste our time finding this out, and waste you guys time dealing with this.

    I've all ready redeemed my code, and I bought the digital pre-order edition from an online retailer, so I don't get any sort of physical box.

    And now I can't play at all while the 30 days I got with the game is slowly ticking away until Zenimax can address this issue.

    LoL u really dont trust your game that much so u wanna do easy money fast as possible? all i can see is u post the box of people and u know they cant enter the code till they dont resive and u want them to pay lol that is funny...
