So somehow my lvl 34 character iv been working on for the past 4 days has been deleted... Don't know how... iv submitted multiple tickets to customer support and been treated with *** replies about how the wiped beta accounts... my ass you don't use automated responses because none of the replies i have gotten make any sense. At this point I'm about to ask for a refund cuz this crap is killing me. i love playing this game but there is no way ill keep playing it with this kind of support. i understand theres going to be glitches but at least try and tell my what happened to my 2 and a half days of no lifing a character.

    I hope so! thanks hugo been waiting all day for responses and all they keep saying it was a beta account... It was the account i created within 10 minutes of early access

    There are rumors that some people have entered their login information, but gotten logged into someone elses account, being able to delete chars and sending all items to themselves. Maybe this happened to you?

    highest lvl i got in beta i think was like 20-22, and I'm not sure clovdal i just really hope i can get my character back... i spent way to much time on that acc to have it just magically disappear without a reason

    Have you checked you settings on the launcher to see if it has changed to the other megaserver? Probably not the case, but doesnt hurt to check

    all my other characters are still there at lvl 1... just the main acc was deleted for some reason... and every things still in the bank =/

    one guy in my guild has a char over lvl 40 now, so yes it's doable.

    Just sucks... none of my friends accounts where affected so now I'm stuck lvling up another character by myself until eso can figure out what happened to my main..

    I used my EA characters as 'mules' to gather mats, Craft higher-Level stuff etc for the characters I eventually intend to play.

    Its not that bad start over, I used 3/5 early days to make 3 "test" builds before going back to one I made in beta. It wont take long geting back where ever you were in first place.

    Yeh but the point is i didn't intend to start over... its not my fault eso somehow deleted my character and now i get to grind my 2 1/2 days played all over again

    good news guys since i had a screen shot of my char at lvl 32 they said its more then likely ill be getting it back!

    They should be able to tell exactly what you had without proof from your end. If they do not have audit trails and backups in this game enough to restore a character, then OMG that will be painful for evryone.

    All they do is apologize... I've been reporting gold spam for the last 4 days along with many other ppl and they still running wild.

    I understand. I was just saying that if they have a good audit system (like WoW) that creates extensive logs, a player could not fool them and it should not be too big of deal for them to get your character and most items back.

    It is just likely that right now, they are a little overwhelmed.

    I've always said food, hygiene and sleep were overrated. ;)

    Good thing you had some screens. Will be the first thing I'll do once I can get into the game again. While ZOE should be able to restore characters without players' help, we all know how chaotic launch periods can be...

    Hey Joey,

    I thought I'd drop you a quick email just to let you know I haven't forgotten about your issue!

    I am still looking into this but it may take a little while longer, I'm really sorry for the delay. I'm currently awaiting a response from another department to see what we can do for you which is why I don't have an answer just yet :)

    Rest assured if by the end of my shift I still haven't received a response I will follow up with them again and hopefully when I come in again tomorrow I should have a reply for you.
