Kemono✭✭✭I think you posted in wrong section -this is Support Client - Francais and your post dont relly look french enough (maybe it lack of "omlet du fromage"?)
Anyway -most of your skill can only be rised by reading book for 5 points total, so maybe you allready read most of avaible books?
And even if you still have some missing -maybe they are VERY rare to get?
Also -could be that bookshelves in Veteran zones dont grant skill points - you can try to visit some normal zones (btw bookshelves reset at regular intervals -and have a chance to contain diffrent books).
Also bookshelves are in fact splited -and contain 2 diffrent books
