Current ESO subscriber. Paid in full until mid June. After today's problems and fixes, it's left all DLC unavailable.

Here is what worked for me, go into your xbox setting then into storeage then clear your cache. This will reset your xbox and clear your past cache. When i relogged my game was running with ESO plus and no issues.
