Bonsoir.

Vous aussi depuis la mise à jour de Raidelorn tout les fantômes sont devenu invisible ? Je ne vois même plus leurs silhouette, juste si j'ai ma target dessus je vois le contour...

J'ai remarqué la même chose avec avec ma cape d'ombre de lame noire, je suis vraiment invisible maintenant, alors qu'avant j'était comme une lueur rouge.
Pareil pour les spectres. Je ferais un screen si nécessaire.

Bonjour @Hulise,

Il existe plusieurs raisons pour lesquels les fantômes ne s'affichent plus correctement. Pour tenter de résoudre ce souci nous vous conseillons dans un premier temps de lancer une réparation des fichiers du jeu. Assurez-vous également que les pilotes de votre carte graphique sont bien à jour.

Une autre solution, si cela ne donne pas de résultats, serait de modifier le fichier UserSettings.txt de la façon suivante :

Rendez-vous dans C:\Utilisateurs\*utilisateur*\Mes documents\Elder Scrolls Online\liveeu\UserSettings.txt. (si vous jouez sur le serveur nord-américain, rendez-vous dans le dossier "live")
Ouvrez le fichier UserSettings.txt avec Notepad et recherchez (Ctrl + F) la ligne SET GraphicsDriver.7
Remplacez la valeur entre crochets (par exemple "D3D11") par "D3D9" OU "OPENGL".

Si le problème persiste, n'hésitez pas à revenir vers nous en joignant à votre réponse un fichier Consultant.

Merci pour votre réponse, dans la ligne SET GraphicsDriver.7 il était déjà mit "D3D9" j'ai donc mit "OPENGL" et ça n'a rien changé.

Mes drivers sont à jour, je possède une Sapphire Radeon HD 6970 2gb avec catalyst control center 14.4

J'ai aussi exécuter une réparation, et cela n'a rien changé non plus.
Je précise que je n'avais pas ce problème depuis la mise à jour de Raidelorn, quoi que j'hésite... Car j'ai mit à jours catalyst control center au même moment à cause des divers problèmes après la mise à jours. Je possédais avant le catalyst 11.11...

Mais ce serait bizarre que ce soit le 14.4 qui cause le problème, non ?
Voici quelques screens de mon problème :

On peut voir que si je cible pas le fantôme, je ne vois que son ombre, et si je le cible on ne voit que son contour, on y voit aussi ma cape d'ombre de lame noire qui n'est presque plus visible.

Ca le fait également sur les esprits humanoide, la forme d'esprit que j'opte quand je ressuscite après la mort.

Je précise encore une fois que je n'avais pas ce problème avant la mise à jour de Raidelorn et la mise à jours de catalyst que j'ai fait peu après, et je me souviens si entre ces deux temps il y avait le problème.

Pouvez-vous également essayer (jeu et launcher fermé) D3D11 à la place de OPENGL ? Assurez-vous bien que le fichier soit sauvegardé avec Notepad.

Mais j'ai un petit soucis en effet, quand je modifie le D3D9 par OPENGL ou D3D11 et que je l'enregistre, je vérifie que ce soit bien enregistré et c'est le cas. Ensuite je démarre le Launcher, je clic sur jouer. Jusque là tout va bien, je vérifie si ça reste bien sur D3D11 ou OPENGL et tout est ok, après j'arrive sur la fiche de mon personnage et je fais jouer. Une fois que j'arrive en jeu, je vois toujours les fantômes invisible... Du coup je retourne voir sur la ligne SET GraphicsDriver.7, et c'est de nouveau inscrit "D3D9" comme par magie.

Avez-vous ouvert le fichier via Notepad en tant qu'administrateur ?

Nous vous invitons également à essayer de désactiver l'anticrénelage en jeu et à baisser vos graphismes.

Bon j'ai fait une série de test.

J'ai réussi à le faire passer en OPENGL sans qu'il repasse en D3D9 une fois que j'arrive avec mon personnage en jeu. Ca a bien résolu le problème, je revois les fantômes et ma cape d'ombre.

Mais j'ai perdu 40 fps... J'ai vérifié si mes config graphique était toujours les mêmes et c'est le cas.

Voila la différence entre D3D9 et OPENGL :

Bon bah après quelques test, quand je suis en OPENGL mes screenshot ne fonctionne pas, du moins ils ne se trouve pas dans les screens.

En gros c'est exactement la même image, sauf qu'on voit le spectre correctement, mais on voit en haut que j'ai 33 fps à la place de 70-80 fps...

Même si je n'ai pas de fantômes en vue, ça reste avec un taux de fps assez bas.
J'ai ensuite essayé de passer remplacer OPENGL par D3D11 et une fois arrivé en jeu je suis de nouveau en D3D9 où je ne vois plus les fantômes mais j'ai de nouveau 75 fps et plus.

Le choix est vite fait, je garde mes Fps... J'avais pas un taux d'image pas seconde aussi bas avant la mise à jours de Raidelorn quand je voyais les fantômes normalement.

Une solution pour que je puisse voir les fantômes en D3D9 ? Ou que je suis jouer en OPENGL sans perdre 40 fps ?
Juste me sortez pas qu'un simple petit spectre doit pomper 40 fps sur 70-80 fps... C'est pas possible !

Et la qualité graphique reste inchangée en passant de D3D9 a OPENGL mise à part que je vois les fantômes. D'ailleurs c'est surement pas le fantôme qui me fait perdre 40 fps mais de passer simplement en OPENGL, pourquoi à vous de me le dire ?

Mais ce qui est sûr, c'est que quand je voyais les fantômes avant la mise à jour, j'avais un taux d'image par seconde égale à ce que j'ai actuellement quand je suis en D3D9 avec le bug fantôme.

Je me répète un peu désolé.

C'est sur le coté anglophone, du coup je comprend pas tout. Et je ne sais pas si ils ont résolu le problème.

Voici la réponse via le Ticket que vous avez fait pour moi de cette gentille personne:

Bonjour,

Je vous remercie d'avoir contacté notre équipe d'Elder Scrolls Online et je suis désolée d'apprendre que vous rencontrez un problème avec les PNJ "fantômes".

Il se peut que ce soit un problème de connexion. Je peux vous conseiller de tentez de redémarrer complètement vos routeur/modem en les éteignant quelques minutes puis en vous reconnectant via un câble éthernet (nous déconseillons vivement de jouer au jeu via une connexion en wifi!).
Si vous êtes toujours bloqué ici, tentez maintenant de résoudre le problème de connexion en ajoutant le launcher "Bethesda_launcher" et sont exécutable "eso.exe" aux règles d'exception de votre antivirus et votre parefeu. Enfin, assurer vous que votre parefeu n'a pas bloqué l'accès au jeu et que l'accès aux ports sortants ci-dessous soit bien autorisé:
TCP / UDP Ports: de 24100 à 24131
TCP / UDP Ports: de 24500 à 24507
TCP / UDP Ports: de 49100 à 54000

Autant dire que ça m'a vraiment pas aidé, j'ai direct désactiver le pare-feu car j'ai pas tout compris dans ce qu'elle m'a expliqué. Et ça change absolument rien.

Mon modem je l'éteint chaque fois que je ne suis pas sur l'ordinateur donc ce n'est pas non plus ce problème là... Et me dire que jouer en wifi est pas opti m'a juste fait penser qu'elle n'a pas jeter un oeil sur mon consultant.

Car je n'ai pas de capteur wifi sur mon ordinateur, et je joue pas cable ethernet.

Entre parenthèse, je trouve ça vachement culotté de déconseiller d'être en mode wifi, alors que c'est 100 fois mieux ça que d'avoir un serveur Européen situé en Amérique...

J'ai juste Malewarebyte Anti Maleware comme protection en plus de mon pare-feu + Microsoft security essential.

J'ai répondu avec un max d'informations, mais j'attend encore sa réponse.

Est-ce que quelqu'un qui comprendra mieux l'anglais que moi pourrait me dire si il y a une solution à ce problème, informé sur le lien du forum anglais que j'ai mit plus haut svp ?

J'attend toujours mon retour via ma réponse au ticket. Car ce qu'elle ma proposé pour m'aider m'a été d'aucun secours.

Mais j'ai pas l'impression que j'aurais une nouvelle réponse, j'ai renvoyer un e-mail ce matin, toujours rien.

Apparemment, de ce que j'ai compris sur le forum anglais qui cite le même problème que moi, il y a moyen de régler le problème en mettant D3D11 si notre ordinateur est compatible avec celui ci.

Mais beaucoup disent ne pas y arriver, et que ça repasse automatiquement en D3D9 comme moi. Certain disent que c'est le pc qui n'est alors pas compatible avec direct x 11, mais c'est faux vu que même mon consultant dit que je l'ai...

Du coup ils ont l'air de dire que ça reste pas normal que le D3D9 ne fonctionne pas, car il marchait très bien avant le patch de Raidelorn.

J'ai vu quelqu'un qui expliquait qu'il avait réussi à mettre en D3D11 en allant chipoter dans le Bios, si j'ai bien compris. Mais ça j'en suis incapable si c'est pour le faire seul. ( vu que lui aussi ça se remettais en d3d9 chaque fois. )

Pareil pour "OPENGL" ils ont l'air d'avoir également des problèmes de crash/ perte fps. Mais ça résout le problème des fantômes.

Moi j'en conclus que le problème viens du patch, et qu'il nécessite une correction sur ce fameux problème de "D3D9". Il n'y a aucune raison qu'il ne fonctionne plus correctement, si il était normal avant le patch.

j'ai reçus ceci puisque j ai le même problème :

Rassurez-vous, nous avons effectivement reçu plusieurs signalements similaires concernant l'apparence des fantômes depuis la sortie de Raidelorn. Ce problème devrait en théorie être corrigé à l'occasion de la mise à jour 1.1.3 qui sera déployée en début de semaine prochaine, comme expliqué sur notre forum officiel !

Donc, patience, normalement tout devrais être OK avec la sortie 1.1.3 , et si c'est pas le cas ben faudra refaire un ticket avec un game consultant en fichier joint.

Moi elle m'a répondu que je devais reboot ma connection internet, ensuite voir si c'était pas mon pare-feu, puis après de passer mes graphisme en faible. J'ai cru que je m'étais trompé de destinataire en envoyant ça à m'a grand-mère.

il me semble que le probleme est corriger, je suis pas aller voir les meme gost qu'avec le bug, mais ceux que j ai pus voir hier s’affichait tres bien.
Et pour toi @Hulise , le probleme est egalement corriger ?

Oui c'est bel et bien corrigé. Une question que je me pose, c'est que j'ai directx11 dans mes consultant du jeu, mais mon jeu ne veut pas fonctionner avec d3d11, se remet automatiquement en d3d9 une fois que je lance le jeu.

Fin c'est un détail, le problème est résolu, le d3d9 fonctionne à nouveau comme avant, et sans perdre de fps.

@Hulise , je supose que tu parle de la ligne :

74 SET GraphicsDriver.7 "D3D9"

dans le fichier UserSettings.txt ?
Ben comme tu vois, j ai le meme truc, et pourtant je suis bien en DX11 si je check le "report.txt" de GameConsultant et si je tape la commande "dxdiag.exe" dans windows j'ai bien DX11 d'install.
Perso, je pars du principe que "si ca fonctionne, ne change rien".
