It's somewhat of a novelty. As a new effect some people might not realize what's going on. But it's considered a hard CC that both respects immunity and that can be instantly broken to give immunity. Once people know that it becomes nothing more than running around giving out free CC immunity.

This is one of the least broken CCs in the game in terms of being able to break it. The difference is you have to wait for your gcd to cool down, unlike a hard CC that resets your gcd.

It should heal when cc breaks/are broken OR when 5 sec is up, cause it blows that you cant use the heal if target is cc immune via breakfree or pots or immovable etc..
