The skill points for the racial skills are refunded to you, and you have to re-allocate them on your character after you change race. -
cost to change appearance and race?
I couldn't find this anywhere. Do we know how many crowns it costs, will it be per character, and one time use? -
Race against time change is funny but...
at least my characters have their psjic skills leveled up now lol -

also with the pooling of resources it is not meant to boost spell or attack damage, just allow access to a larger amount. and yes I know Dps could spam and leave tanks and healers with nothing, its on the support skill for a reason, the group would have to work together I knew the percentages were bad but I had no basis… -

Argonians had deep bottom of the crap pile of passives for years. When they got some healing and resource buffs, no one cared except those who had stuck with lizards for a long time. No one was screaming about Argonians being OP. Some even said the Altmer might be a bit better since they have all-around better magicka… -

I wish they'd do away with them. The game would so much more fun if people just made and played the characters they wanted to, rather than for optimal stats. I've never race changed but I have experienced that "I'm hideous" feeling many times back when I was first creating characters. A long-standing and oft made criticism… -
