One-on-one conversations with ZOS employees are conducted via support tickets, not open threads in public forums.But I am still looking for answers from ZOS, not from people who have no connection to ZOS.
Note the ZOS person who created the thread used the word discussion, you proceeded to spam with content-free comments instead of, you know, DISCUSSING any problems.
