It doesn't say https:// in the address bar, so that usually means no.
One of the hardest things about Heartbleed bug is you can't tell which sites have it unless you are the hosting site, so Avast cannot know. It appears to be an issue with Avast triggering on a new Adobe build.0 -

Until you know what triggered a false positive, you can't actually assert that it is in fact a false positive.
