Your friend might want to at least share (with you, not us) what actually happened before asking people to vouch for them. It's suspicious that they didn't explain what they did, but expect help anyway.

Your friend has an appeal open with our Terms of Service team and it is under review with them. They will need to wait until our TOS team has concluded their review; they will reach out to your friend with the final decision. Please also advise them to refrain from creating new tickets. That only slows down the process. Thank you!

it has been determined that it did in fact violate the Code of Conduct. Due to this, the appeal to remove the deactivation on this account has been denied due to the evidence within our system for cheating/exploiting and Account Sharing.
Due to the extent and scale of the violation, it has been decided that the ban on this account will remain in place, and that all services related to this account shall remain deactivated permanently. This decision was not made lightly, and it is final.

This is absurd! My friend hasn't used an exploit in his entire 8 years of playing! This accusation is baseless and unsupported by evidence! He also hasn't shared his account! It's as if you don't know how to refuse someone, so you're making up excuses!
Why do you repeatedly unban other players who RMT and exploit, but you don't want to unban someone who constantly creates online, buys ECO+ from you, and pre-orders chapters?! This is, at the very least, unfair and disrespectful to the long-time players of your game! Not to mention your lack of respect for the LGBT community!
My friend has already repented of his actions, unless, of course, you consider going invisible a teabeg. It's a very strange decision on your part to deny someone who brings you money the opportunity to play.
I'd like to hear your exact reason for not wanting to drop the charges against this person and restore their ability to enjoy their time in your project with the people they met here.

That is an automated response they give, just have your friend keep replying to the ticket and eventually a human will review it. I had the same problem

We've been playing for too long for me not to know about this.
And besides, my friend is too honest. Moreover, there was an incident when ZOS broke his geodes, and he went to craft sets for the raid without knowing about the problem. Is this an exploit now?

What did they repent of if they didn't do anything wrong?
Being part of a community shouldn't work as a pass to break rules with no consequences, we're talking about a game here, whatever the reasons were, I really doubt ZOS would ban your friend over something related to that, there are better ways to victimize someone, maybe using arguments relevant to the topic in question?doctorosen wrote: »Not to mention your lack of respect for the LGBT community!

There are already too few of us who play triple-lane games. (:

My thoughts exactly. OP has said this a couple times. Odd?

I have a feeling this is more of a translation issue as it appears the op is not a native speaker and may be using translation apps or something similar. With that kind of thing, the nuance of how he talks or a slang way of speaking just won't translate.
