No "I agree" on payment "page"

I have been trying to renew ESO plus but there is no "I Agree" spot to click on the payment page so I get an error message when I go to checkout. ?? I guess they do not want me to renew or something? I will keep checking to see if this is just a glitch and it will re-appear.

    Never mind..it finally allowed a transaction.
