Hey, I'm a returning player after years and I cannot seem to log into the ESO website to even redownload the game.
I have reset my password successfully multiple times but it still continues to give me an error message with an incorrect password/login message every time. Requested my ID - check. Did a password change - check. Tried it on different browsers - check. [snip] is going on? I'd love to see how things have changed but I guess Zenimax doesn't want me to play?

Any ideas on what steps I should try taking next? Thanks. I can't even figure out how to download the game and it's super frustrating.
