Launcher is timing out

Hi ya.
So a few days now this is becoming a problem. That launcher is taking a very long time, then I just get a pop up about it. I have to shut down steam several times if not a full PC restart.
What's happening and why? Can you folks at zos fix this and , do you need some kind of report that you can help me find or generate? So stupid to have to go through this.

Aylish✭✭✭✭✭I also had some issues with the launcher today. It loaded endlessly (not even the news and crownstore stuff showed up) until I gave up and started the client from the .exe.0
