Please help expedite consideration of Question Reference # ticket 250518-001186
Dear Community Managers
For 17.05.2025 years I linked a forbidden link to the chat zone instead of a chant about recruiting to the guild, I was blocked by an account. I sincerely apologize to the community and ask to unblock my account or change my punishment for 72 hours of ban, if possible. Henceforth I will be careful with forbidden links to chat zones and ask for help in this matter Dear Kevin and Gina.

    i dont get why banned players and they dont send email why they banned them like me i dont know why i got banned no reason no explanation still waiting for support reply to me

    Someone, likely not ZOS, once said that the email telling someone why they are banned is not necessary because the player already knows they were doing something they should not have been doing. The player may not know which of a number of things they actually got caught doing.

    As to why no email gets received, I suspect spam blocking. I know that ZOS had a problem with their missives being treated as spam early in the life of the game. I don't think that is a "fix it and forget it" sort of problem.

    thats unfair tho because they normaly send email whats your violation
