Need some help for a friend we have both played since launch and recently came back from just under a years break to get ready for new DLC launch when he tried to log in he was worried to see that his account had been permanently banned.
In September of last year he was hacked and now he is permanently banned. We are wondering the two are linked but the issue was said to be resolved in a support ticket but we stopped playing soon after and have recently come back and now he is permanently banned.
He also has sent in a ticket but has had no email response not even an automated one saying they got the ticket he would very much like to get his account back the ticket number is [25042-000766]
Any help would be much appreciated @ZOS_Phoenix
