Anyone else having issue with the pass not giving the pre-order items?
I bought the pass and as soon as i went into game i got 7 unlocked....
A friend of me bought pass to, and that person got 12 unlocks
Where are the rest of my unlocks?
I am missing so far i can find:
- Mount
- Emotes
- Pet

Only thing i found added was the recall action....
But that person has them added all already? Cause the person could link them in chat, and for me they are nowhere to be found....

    Me too - the Content Pass is marked as purchased but i got none of the Pre-Purchase items.

    I have the same problem, got the content pass marked as having purchased it but no pre order items

    After a ...... *not saying it here* amount of emails between me and the retailer... they finnaly figured out they forgot to send 1 extra code....
    So ask your retailer if you bought trough that to see if they sended you 3 keys total.
    For steam it should be 1 key only, if you purchased for "ESO" itself then you should have gotten 3 keys
    1 key is for the pack, 1 is for the portal and 1 is for the mount, pet & emote pack

    Which "retailer" did you buy the Pass from?
    I'm guessing it wasn't from ZOS?
