Support Ticket - Feeling Unanswered

Hello all,

I hope this message finds everyone well. I'm writing today because I'm feeling increasingly lost and anxious about an unresolved issue with my ESO support ticket. I submitted a support ticket on January 8th, 2025, regarding a unique issue with my account that I strongly believe was in error. Unfortunately, despite my best efforts to sit here patiently I have not received any updates or responses from the support team. This is my first time in 7 years for me to have to submit something like this, so I'm not sure when I can expect to hear back from them.

I cannot access my ticket details from the website at the moment. At this point I was kind of concerned on if I even have an on-going ticket out there. I'm not trying to circumvent anything or talk about the issue over the forum, I was just simply hoping someone could give me an estimated response time, or even let me know if my response exists out there right now.

I understand that the support team is likely handling a high volume of requests, but this issue really has me on edge. I’ve been a dedicated player for 7 years, with over 3100 CP and countless hours invested in the game. Additionally, I’ve been a consistent subscriber to ESO+ and have made substantial in-game purchases. When the affiliated party that caused the issue has already heard a response from their ticket 2 days after, I'm can't help but feel ignored.

I look forward to hearing back from someone either in a similar situation, or someone who can look this over with me and guide me in the right direction.
