@ZOS_Kevin I just read your guys progress update. As a Network Engineer myself I understand the severity of what you guys are dealing with. Again thank you for you and your team working hard on this to restore services and thank you for the detailed transparency of the issue at hand.

✭✭✭✭✭Looks like the techs will be working overnight on the problem. I hope it goes smoothly for them and wish them well. I also appreciate their efforts. Just a reminder that I think there are a lot of moving parts to keeping this wonderful game running for us. PC NA(no Steam), PvE, mostly solo2 -
