[Bug] Can't Buy crowns

Hi ! I'm kind of in a situation right now, i wanted to buy crowns to continue the housing of the merrywine estate, but when i started to enter the information of my card (which is the same as the last time and the time before and again the time before), the system tells me "The card you entered information for is not supported. Please enter another card information or try another payment method." Problem is, it worked before so why not now ? And i don't have "another card information" so i don't know what to do, and i thought this might be a big bug.

✭One of the friends i play with on PCNA lives in Norway and is having the same issues with payment being accepted.
It may be an issue with the payment processing system being used by ZOS if you are in a different country than the US.0
