• Xbox: NA and EU megaservers for maintenance – November 19, 4:00AM EST (9:00 UTC) - 12:00PM EST (17:00 UTC)
Due to a hardware issue, the European Xbox megaserver is currently unavailable while we perform maintenance.
Tried to log in to my old account and I'm not getting the recovery emails.
I tried and login and play my old account, which I have the original email address and recovery question for, but I'm unable to log in to the account on elderscrollsonline.com as it says my account is suspended. I was able to change the password, but when I tried to log in to the game through the launcher the system requests a code from an email, but the email is not coming through to the account email. I haven't been successful in using any of the recovery features because I can't get the emails.
Is all lost? I had thousands of hours in-game on the account--which was initially Steam, then switched to non-Steam PC.
