I see the plan in the add-on "Character Knowledge", I see references to it on various wikis (although sometimes a redirect to Blueprint: High Isle Trapdoor, Turquoise). I cannot see evidence of it actually dropping.
Is this a valid plan that no one is getting? Is this a bugged drop? Is it missing content like the un-finished painting plan?

✭✭✭✭I just checked TTC Website, it does come up as searchable but on PC-EU there are no results, also when you try to search for the actual item it does not exist.
I suspect it was never added to the game, there are one or two such plans that are mentioned in addons but don't exist in the actual game.When people say to me........
