Support ticket people skipping work

So being blatantly lied to after spending Saturday afternoon doing what they said isn't going to cut it. This ticket was not responded to all day yesterday I expect a complete answer today.

@ZOS_Bill are you able to take a look at this post. I finally found someone having the same issue as me and support has gone no where with it. Any insight would be much appreciated
